Tapioca

Tapioca is a popular, creamy, and sweet pudding-like dessert or breakfast meal made from cassava flakes (tapioca granules), coconut milk, sugar, and spices like nutmeg or cinnamon. It is often prepared by soaking the flakes, then cooking them with coconut milk until translucent, and sometimes adding fruits, coconut shavings, or milk.
